In July 1983 the Business took a new direction and secured the Dealership for the relatively new Tractor Company, Kubota Tractors Australia, who also imported the world renowned German made Krone Hay and Silage equipment. The family Business introduced other Australian made Implements as Challenge, Jarrett, Crump, Murray Harrows, John Shearer, Connor Shea, Daken Equipment and other Manufacturers of Farm Machinery which complimented the Tractor Range of Products available to Customers.
Kubota Tractors with their outstanding, reliable, Japanese Engineering and Krone Hay Equipment, have been the backbone of success of Watson Tractors and now into their 40th Year as a Kubota-Krone Dealer. The Business started in the Service Area and management continue to ensure after sales service and spare parts backup is always a priority on all new equipment sold.
Heavily focused on Agriculture and the Lifestyle Market, we have seen the trend in recent years of many new customers moving from the Capital City to relocate to small acreage in local regions of the Central West. For 40 years the Business has attended the Royal Bathurst Show, Mudgee Small Farms Fields and the Australian National Field Days held in Orange NSW and are one of their longest exhibitors.
